You get exactly what is in the poster - a straight to video action flick with bad directing and worse editing. Jump cuts every half second make the action scenes incomprehensible, and the gun fights are so generic it might as well be stock footage.
The plot and acting are laughable, but I won't criticize it too much for that since the movie is 95% action.
