Quan la bella filla d'un conegut home de negocis apareix borratxa i inconscient en una habitació d'hotel, el detectiu privat Tony Rome (Frank Sinatra) s'encarrega d'escortar-la fins a casa seva per evitar un escàndol. After seeing Sinatra's 'The Detective' and enjoying it, I decided to see his earlier-made 'Tony Rome', also directed by Gordon Douglas. This was very enjoyable and I loved the star-filled supporting cast...especially Jill St. John, Richard Conte, Gena Rowlands and even boxing great Rocky Graziano (I had earlier loved the Paul Newman-starred biopic on Graziano, 'Somebody Up There Likes Me').
