Quite a jolly little British thriller about a town council who built a housing estate on the cheap. Once it all starts cracking and crumbling a local woman (Jill Esmond) takes up the cudgel to challenge the incompetent and corrupt council - inviting all sorts of criticism from friends and family alike.
