Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian 21 or older. The parent/guardian is required to stay with the child under 17 through the entire movie, even if the parent gives the child/teenager permission to see the film alone. Absolutely the low-point of the series. The cast doesn't seem to be having any fun, and the abandoned mortuary house in which basically the franchise is set is inexplicably changed out for some sort of a sterile display home, but it's still supposed to be the same joint? I dunno. Props for changing up the appearances of the possesed though.
