I believe this is Jeff Kirkendall's directing debut. This movie features a few actors who would go on to work with Mark Polonia. If you are a fan of the Polonia Brothers you will surely enjoy this.
A man commits suicide and his friends are haunted by his presence. The events are told through their meets with Dr. Meyers (played by Kirkendall).
